I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle in a few different capacities in my professional career, and I think it'd be a crime to not convey this to the consumer population. With work, much as in personal life, we hit a point where there's a much-needed catalyst that comes into your atmosphere and forces you to step UP or step OFF. This is not peer pressure, though, but rather through inspiration and desire to be better because you witness better. That for me, is Michelle. She showed me that while my work skills in communication are above par, there were ways that I could be and do better by my clients. Systems that made the overall experience for everyone more thorough and smooth, and she did it in such a way that seemed effortless. Of course, it's never effortless, her work ethic is simply that elevated. She's kind, she cares immensely about her clients and people she connects with, she works harder than most people I know and she is the Real Estate Advisor that makes worrying about AI taking over seem like such a ridiculous notion.
